What we collect
When you send a project request, we collect your name, email address, selected project type, message and your consent. We process the IP address temporarily to limit spam and abuse. The website stores your language preference locally in your browser.
Why we use it
We use your form details to answer your request and discuss a possible project. The legal basis for handling the submitted details is your consent. We use temporary technical data to protect the form from abuse based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. We do not use form submissions for marketing without a separate choice.
Who receives it
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical requests. Resend sends the request to our mailbox. If our Telegram notification is enabled, a copy of the request is sent through the Telegram Bot API to our private chat. We do not sell your data. We do not currently send form submissions to a CRM.
International transfers
Cloudflare, Resend and Telegram may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. For details of their processing locations and safeguards, see their privacy documentation or ask us at [email protected]. Do not include sensitive personal data in the project form.
How long we keep it
We keep project enquiries for 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The temporary rate-limit record expires after approximately one minute; the browser language preference remains until you clear it.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
Providing data
The required form fields and consent are needed to send and answer your enquiry. You can contact us by email instead. We do not use automated decisions or profiling to assess enquiries.
